About the owner:

After 25 years in Technology and Management consulting,Ramki Sundararaman along with his wife Victoria decided to be his own boss and purchased Pak Mail Anderson Mill in October 2022.  

Having always fascinated by the logistics industry, and after much due diligence, Ramki and Victoria thought that Pak Mail was the "best in class" in this industry. Pak Mail Anderson Mill continues its legacy of providing quality service to the Austin population under the new management since October 2022.

At Pak Mail Anderson Mill you will be always greeted with a smile by Ramki and Victoria who are willing to go above and beyond to provide quality service at reasonable cost in a trusted and family friendly atmosphere.  "Our goal is to go beyond friendly and provide such a high level of service that our customers are not just happy, but delighted enough to return time and time again."

Ramki and Victoria have been married since 1998   They have two sons Samuel and Joshua and lived in Austin since 1998.  A man of deep faith and conviction,Ramki desires to live that out by serving others.  He enjoys meeting new people and would love to have you stop by and say hello.  And, if for some reason you don't leave delighted, please tell him and he'll do everything possible to fix the situation!
